All stems are approximately 62mm in length and can be used with all VapCap setups (excluding the Omni).

Maintenance for wood stems or stems that include wood:
Simply apply some food-grade mineral oil or DynaWax to the outside surface of the stem.

To clean the stem use a small amount of isopropyl alcohol on a cotton-bud or paper towel and run it down the inside of the stem, and let it evaporate before use.
For a really deep clean you can use some course steel wool followed by isopropyl for a fresh shiny inner tube.
